  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is an American artist, rapper, songwriter, and record producer. His stage name is the name of a favorite uncle combined with the name of one of his idols, Kid Cudi (whose real name is Scott Mescudi).In 2012, Scott signed his first major-label deal with Epic Records and a publishing deal with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He signed a contract for joint-recording with Epic and T.I. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. In 2013 Scott released his first full-length mixtape, Owl Pharaoh. It was then immediately followed by Days Before Rodeo. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. The hit single "Antidote" was the lead track. The album that followed, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 top 100 album. Scott released his second album in conjunction with Quavo, Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album is his third studio album Astroworld. He also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 by Cactus Jack Records. It reached the top of the Billboard 200. After the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) Scott was the first rapper to be ranked number one on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than a year.
